Traditional Beams
The rustic beams looked great on the website, full of knots, wood grain and character - and when our beam arrived it did not disappoint (and we are really fussy!). In fact we loved it so much that we ordered another two for other rooms! The customer service was excellent also - offering clear and great advice - and then also providing exactly what we requested through each stage. Prices are very reasonable also. Highly recommended!

We have been utterly delighted with Traditional Beams. They could not have been more helpful; they responded quickly to queries, went the extra mile, and our items were delivered promptly and packaged safely. We bought a wooden beam, window sill and shelves for our new kitchen, and they all beautifully coordinate. I would not hesitate to recommend Traditional Beams to anyone!

We ordered a lovely beam through Traditional Beams on Etsy. It was so easy to order and it came very quickly. The beam is such high quality. We ordered the light oak beam, and it’s stunning. Within the renovation work it’s been put up on our new chimney breast, and I can’t wait to see our living room finished as it really is the focal point of our living room. Have already recommend to family!! Will be buying new things for the house from Traditional Beams too!

Absolutely over the moon with the beam we ordered through Traditional Beams. We had looked at a number of options from various companies but couldn’t find one that didn’t look overworked and was the right colour for us. That was until we found traditional beams. Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning to them for any future purchases.

Traditional Beams
It arrived well packed and protected. Very pleased with the natural oak colour. It was easy to fix with the pre-drilled holes and fixings. It's been up a few weeks now. We are so glad we went for the natural finish. The slight cracks give it great rustic look. Very pleased with it.

I spent quite some time looking where I could buy quality oak shelves. I finally decided Traditional Beams offered exactly what I required. I ordered 3 pieces of the solid oak floating shelves. They arrived promptly & well packed. The shelves were straight forward to install and the hidden brackets are very secure. They are real quality items and I'm delighted with them. The after sales service advise was handled very professionally and efficiently by Catherine. I have no hesitation to recommend these shelves. I will happily return to order more items from Traditional Shelves in the future.

We were delighted for the service we received from Traditional beams.We got a made to measure floating shelf beam , exactly to our specification.It fits brilliantly and looks great.To note, the fixings supplied were 1st class and very strong, which made for an extremely secure finish.We went back a few weeks later and bought a second floating shelf for another room; which was of equal quality.We would highly recommend Traditional Beams

Traditional Beams
Received the delivery quicker than expected. Very easy to install, especially with the installation details sent in an email. This beam is beautiful, with perfect colour, and beautiful markings on the beam and at such an excellent price. It’s made a huge difference to the room, can’t wait to decorate it at Christmas. Would definitely tell anyone looking for a beam/mantel or fire surround to shop here.

Traditional Beams were by far the best timber merchants to get hold of some 40mm solid kiln oak sills. Catherine was brilliant by keeping me up to date from the order till the delivery. My carpenter hasn’t had the time to fit the sills yet but he was amazed by the quality oak for the price i paid compared to my local timber merchants. I will definitely be needing more oak sills in the near future as this is used on my forever home renovation project. 10/10
