Booked a holiday with the agent Amanda. She was absolutely amazing, she advised the best hotel and gave us lots of information on excursions. We had an amazing time. We also had a good rate on euros. Amanda even helped us with fast tracking which I was grateful of when we got to the airport. Would definitely book with Cwmbran Tui again!

We recently popped into the new store in Cwmbran. We only really popped in for a nose but ended up booking our family holiday to Tenerife for next year. We were served by a lovely young lady called Jessica who was more than helpful with us. She was extremely knowledgeable on what areas/hotels would be better for us as a family. Felt very comfortable sat with her and not at all pressured. An absolute credit to Tui Cwmbran.
