Incredible service. I upgraded my package to include financial remedy and I am amazed at how seamless the process was!

Jessica Beesley and her team expertly dealt with my clean break application, which was successfully approved by the family court. I was kept informed at every stage of the process and received much needed help with the many forms that had to be submitted. Good service from start to finish.

When I called this office for the first time, they were very nice to review my case and we agreed on the price, but they didn't do anything after taking money. I even called them when my court date was announced.Even thy din`t ask for my all document which I have.I said that the time of my trial has been determined, instead of informing me, they said that you have to pay again, but I had told them that I can pay this amount of money. Anyway, I went to the court and they didn't even give my papers to the court. Because of their negligent denial, I cant see my child

Absolutely appalling service by this company. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT pay for the upgraded service. I have had to chase the lawyers at every single stage of the process so far to push my proceedings on in as timely a manner as possible, and had to call them out on stupid clerical errors like entering the wrong postcode on my application, which is now 3 weeks in the process of being redrafted to make right and still hasn't been done!I am absolutely disgusted at their cavalier attitude about it being in a queue for 3 weeks. 3 weeks!!! For a simple postcode correction that shouldn't have happened in the first place? Though i have stated time and time again the importance of pushing this through as fast as possible??? Even though I was assured that everything would be done to ensure that on both sides, theirs and mine, no delays would occur????And when I've asked to make a complaint, they prevent you from doing so by advising you that if you decide to log a complaint they will halt your case up to a month as they investigate. The whole reason I'm complaining is because they are taking so long to process my proceedings which I was assured would take 6 to 7 months to complete if I opted for the upgraded solicitor managed package.

What an absolute shower ! 2 years and still waiting for the divorce to be completed - first it's lost, then it's a new system and now you can't update because he's not the one the put the divorce in ! what a load of rubbish !! would definitely not recommend !

Did not feel they respected me and my feelings as a client who was going through so much. Ended up with 4 different solicitors over the course of my proceedings.

The reason for my 3 Star :- could have given much clarity before the start of the proceedings. I was only told about the finance i.e. clean break after the Decree Nisi. This took me by surprise because I was told that the whole cost would only be what I paid.This came to me by surprise and ended up paying a cost of at least 15,000£. There was lack of attention to detail, as the documents had mistakes that were corrected more than once which is time consuming and inccurs cost.The change in Solicitors during the proceeding made it more difficult, and the charges were exorbitant.Could do better being transparent from the start.

Do not use been 3 years in the undertaking of a simple divorce procedure. Had 3 solicitors looking after my file since the beginning. Very difficult to get any reply from emails, if you call they say they will call you back and never do. Totally rubbish service and will be reporting them to the ombudsman very soon

I found Endeavour Law from a google search and from the first communication they were friendly and helpful. All contact was excellent and they made the whole as smooth as possible. It was a difficult divorce situation and they made me more confident and the whole process much easier to cope with. All my questions were answered and everything explained in depth. It didn't matter I wasn't local to them, they were able to complete all tasks efficiently. The cost was a concern for myself when starting the process, but they were upfront about what to expect, and made a payment plan that was affordable and realistic. Very good company and I highly recommend.
