I have had good service for years. Pete is now retiring but Steve seems equally efficient. Also impressed with telephone service -no waiting in a lengthy queue - they seemed to know who I was immediately ! A very pleasing change after waiting to get through to other companies' call centres.

I had such a pleasant experience. Two nice, friendly & very polite guys turned up to do the job and they even tidied up my garden afterwards! One of them had a coffee and he washed the cup for me. Thank you for the wonderful service.

Always a great company to have. Mr Norton from CSG has been coming to us for several years and is always very professional, interesting and busy, though not too busy to have a chat. He's very jolly and careful round the garden in accessing the septic tank and after he's gone, you'd never know he'd been, everything is left neat and tidy.

CSG empty the septic tank, clear sludge and wash it down. This is a service carried out every 18 months and has been going on for 20 years. Always efficient, friendly operator, with top quality equipment.

CSG disposed of our sewage waste efficiantly and professionally. E-mail reminder prompted us then CSG came and emptied the tank without any fuss or mess. Highly recommend their service. Thank you CSG.
