Was shopping for a car and was dealing with a gent called Malcolm who was initially being efficient in helping for look for a vehicle. When my partner and I found cheaper deals and spoke to him he quoted 'thanks for wasting my time' and hung up. Someone who works for a company and should be professional at all times this was not the case. Probably because Malcolm wasn't going to get his commission for a car deal he lost out on. But none the less would not advise anyone to speak to this gent when dealing with this company.

I am about to receive my second car leased through Autograph Contracts and have chosen them again based on very good pricing as well as a great personable, upfront and honest service from Martin. I have recommended Autograph Contracts to my Dad who will be looking to use them when his current lease expires and would definitely suggest anyone else after a good value lease deal should do the same.

This company offers cars on their website then tries to up sell you another car at a higher price. The car advertised isn't available and if you want it theres a ridiculous wait time of over 4 months. ( this isnt stated with the advert ) When you try to say you want the advertised price on the screen they become very patronising and quite rude.
