Absolutely magical grotto experience. We have been for the last couple of years and it’s always been good but has improved hugely this year with much less queuing/crowding and loads of time to chat to Santa. A fantastic experience from start to finish, friendly elves and a great present. All really good value too. This has kicked off our festive season in style and been an amazing afternoon. Thank you to all involved

The walkthrough was fantastic best yet in the last 3 years we have been.The Father Christmas however..Daughter said straight away your not real.Was a young guy with a poor beard which didn't even have a mouth hole. Very unrealistic and he also didn't ask daughter what she wanted for Christmas. My daughter found him creepy and was scared.I won't be returning next year as sadly my daughter is now evening questioning whether he is real anymore.Surely you could do better

The walkthrough was something quite special and the elves really played their part well. We took our 14 year old asd son with us as well and he seemed to enjoy it along with his sister. The only downside was Santa himself and him being blocked by presents. He didn’t seem very personable either.

Staff was incredibly lovely and the grotto experience was great and magical. My baby (and I) loved it. Santa was really nice (only really missing a hat) and the gift was really cute too.
