The Bath House Dog Grooming

So so pleased with our Bath House experience!This was our first groom at the Bath House for our rather elderly cocker spaniel. My dog has recently had some health issues so I was a bit worried. Our regular groomer stopped trading so we opted for the Bath House for our next groom.Honestly, our dog looks the best she has looked in years… the groom is simply lovely. They also managed to groom all her claws (which she hates) and she has come home really settled and not in a flap… I phoned as she was quite a while, but was told they were giving her breaks in between which was lovely to hear. To get such a calm, happy, unstressed pooch back tells me they did things at her pace…Excellent first experience thank you so much xx

I have just had my westiebessie groomed here for the first time and she looks absolutely lovelywill definitely be booking again

We had our border terrier hand stripped today and Tiff has done a fantastic job !He looks amazing, would definitely recommend. We will be back !

We have 2 Dogs. Archie is 10 years old and is a Yorkshire Terrior and Rosie who 16 months old and is a Cockapoo. How lucky were we to find The Bath House. Both our dogs love to come here and be pampered. As soon as they are out of the car they are pulling to get in. They are looked after very well and always look, feel and smell wonderful when collected. Thank you doing such a good job xx

We’ve been going here for a couple of years now after the previous groomers struggled with our anxious dog. I cannot fault them, our dog isn’t the best at being groomed but the patience and attention to detail that the team have is second to none.

What an amazing little place! It was the first time I had been, and only wanted my dogs claws done as she is such a terror when I try. The ladies could not be more helpful, my dog was putty in thier hands and it was an incredibly relaxing experience for me and my dog. They would not even charge me for the small job! But we will certainly be booking her in for a bath here when we return from holidays as she always comes home from the kennels a little stinky! She hates a bath at home but I'm sure she will love it at the Bath house, and I will certainly love not having a flooded bath room and broken back! Thank you for providing a fantastic service on my doorstep :)

Great experience at The Bath house!I’ve taken my golden retriever to 3 other groomers and nobody has done a job like the bath house they listened to what I wanted and did exactly that! She came out looking the best and happiest yet. With very competitive pricing we booked her straight in for her next groom. It’s nice to finally find a place we feel comfortable taking our anxious golden to! Thank-you The bath house

Our dog has been groomed a few times here and we've been very happy with the groom after not being too impressed by a few others (our original groomers closed and it's not been easy finding another as good) We also had a slight issue with one of the grooms which was rectified by the team.

My greyhound isn't used to being groomed but was made to feel really comfortable. He was allowed to have a sniff around first and was secured for each stage of the grooming. The ladies were welcoming and obviously loved the dogs. Very happy and will go back.

Waited an hour and a half without any communication, to get back to the Groomers and they had not even started the groom. Poor dog was left amongst the noise of the blowers with no ear protection and no water. I was then told she was next in line but it would be another hour. Our dog has come back extremely stressed with no groom.
