Fantastic! Valeria is knowledgeable professional and helps you recover in a way that works for you. Appointments are flexible to suit your recovery. The clinic opening times including evening and weekends was perfect for me. The location was really easy to find. I will definitely use Valeria again for any future needs.

Been to physio well trust with a bad stiff neck and back pain. Valeria has been very professional and tailored the care to my personal needed. I have been to other physio clinics before but have not received the same standard of care as with valeria. She is thorough in her knowledge and expertise. Feeling lot better now in carrying out my day to day jobs.....definitely would highly recommend.

I saw Valeria for help with managing shoulder/arm pain (after shoulder injury and general wear and tear). She gave me exercises to do after our first session then gradually built up the range of exercises over a few weeks. These have really helped to manage my pain levels. She also did some massage and shoulder rotations during our sessions, and constantly checked that my shoulder felt comfortable during the treatment. I'm very pleased with the physiotherapy sessions I've had.

Valeria has been treating me for post accident related injuries and has helped me to self manage my healing process with added valuable advice and guidance.
