If you need to stay the night before flying, stay here. Exceeded all expectations, good sized rooms, big comfy bed, and amazing showers.And being able to control all the room features from your phone, to me was fantastic.Not forgetting the free hot drinks you can get, and the discounts offered by staying there, along with free fast track security.

Interesting hotel, the rooms are more like pods" than traditional hotel rooms and most don't have a window. That being said they are very comfortable and cosy if your expectations are set from the beginning and given the location they are really good value. The hotel is located within the south terminal right next door to the fast track security so super convenient. No restaurant or bar part of the hotel but they have discounts with some of the airport outlets

This was an amazing experience, especially for people like me who share my enthusiasm for planes.The top floor room facing Gatwick Airport I stayed at offers an unparalleled view of the final approach and takeoff on runway 08R/26L and 08L/26R. The breathtaking sight of planes in action is a unique feature. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of my stay.Being located right at the airport, its prime location made it easy to navigate my way around without any hassle.It felt like a home away from home for me, even if it was just for a few nights. The staff created a comfortable and welcoming environment.The stunning view provided by my top-floor room served as the perfect backdrop to unwind after a long day.

The location was great, the staff helpful. If you stay here be prepared to be in an extremely small space. It was smaller than an RV. The bathroom was completely wet after you showered so I had to mop up" the floor before I could use the toilet. My spouse had to crawl over me to get in and out of the bed.If you are choosing to sleep in the airport on a bench this is definitely a better option but expect only a very tight place to sleep for about $150. Be prepared so you won't be disappointed."

The room made an incredibly efficient use of space, it was TINY and tight in there but for being a room in a hotel right inside the airport where you'll likely only spend one night in, it was perfect. It reminded me of the capsule hotels in Japan just slightly bigger and more private. It may not matter much for the review but I loved the purple lighting. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, no issues there. We had to walk through long hallways to get to our room, not a bad thing, just adding more details of our experience. And we didn't see anybody other than the receptionist, it was very quiet. Then again we got there around midnight and left around 5am. The rooms seemed very clean too. Perfect place where we'd stay again. The price was the only gripe for us, a bit overpriced for what it is.

Great place to stay if you want to stay as close as possible to the terminal (as the hotel is actually inside the terminal). Rooms can be accessed by the airport lift (although a key card is needed obviously).Check in was quick and easy. You can check in via the app for maximum convenience.The room itself was probably the smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in. It had everything I needed, but there was barely enough space to open my suitcase. There was also a lot of dust in the room, I assume from the linen. This could have been a one off, but it has discouraged me from staying again. It wasn't just a bit of dust, you could see it in the air, and sitting on the bed would leave a bunch of lint on your clothes!Note that if you want a runway or even ramp view, then you will need to book a room which specifically states it does. These are usually very expensive. A more affordable alternative is the premier in or Crowne Plaza. Rooms are twice the size and better value.Tea and coffee is available for free on a few of the floors.

This hotel does exactly what they say they will do. Room same size as double bed with a small wet room adjacent. Clean and tidy. Everything works. SUPERB LOCATION right next to departures security desk. Book direct with them and get added perk of being able to use premium security line.Excellent as long as you know what to expect.

Wonderful front desk staff!We had a great experience here. Hotel is extremely close to International departure security. They've also done a great job with sound proofing, we didn't hear a single plane take off the whole time we were there. We weren't huge fans of the bathroom is part of the shower" thing. It wasn't fun to get wet feet every time I went into the bathroom. But for a place to stay before a flight it is fantastic!"
