Very impressed with the professional service from Cubitt & West Southsea and a big thank you for all your efforts in achieving a successful sale. Over the years we had put a lot of effort into lovingly restoring our period apartment and from the start this was understood by Samara and the team. We were impressed by the marketing of our property and the package provided (including 3D tour) did justice to the internal spaces. The level of communication both before and after viewings was excellent. The sale our property was complicated by new legislation, however, Julie went above and beyond to ensure this was as smooth as possible. We can’t thank Julie enough for her communication skills (and patience), which proved invaluable in negotiating unfamiliar territory, ensuring all parties were kept informed and up to date on progress – we couldn’t have done it without you!

Richard made us feel comfortable and gave his honest opinion when asked about our chances in selling our flat. He made sure we were kept in the loop and he sent us the summary of the marketing activity.Claire came on board in January; she was very professional and knows her job. She went above and beyond. She came to our flat to see our property because she said she wanted to know what she was selling. It definitely helped her look for potential buyers and she sold our flat in less than a month. On top of that she also gave us advice about our decision to buy the house that we wanted.Buying and selling houses is not like selling other commodities; it can be emotionally stressful and some may have emotional attachments to their property or could be anxious to move out. In our case our flat is too small for us and we really need to move to a bigger place now that we have a baby.We were with another estate agents at first but we did not receive the same kind of service that we got from Cubitt and West.I am a fan of reviews I rely heavily on it when I purchase anything especially for large purchases like homes. I'm really happy with the service that I received from the team at Cubitt & West in Southsea. They're all really friendly but professional and keep you in the loop with everything at each stage of the process. They support you through the process and really try to understand exactly what you're looking for which is really helpful for a first time buyer.
