Well, where do I begin? Never before had I tried Burger King and regrettably so! With lightning fast ordering, quality customer service and a delicious gourmet, it combined the perfect aspects of fast food and fine dining. But the real gem of my experience - crew member Dylan Evans. Dylan went above and beyond, as not only to serve me, but to also deliver his brilliant burger to me and unbelievable speeds. Never before has a burger been this juicy, this tasty, this perfect dare I say! But Dylan's diligence didn't end there! Whilst he was cleaning the store, he took the time to come up to me and ensure everything was wonderful about my food and experience - a natural charmer! I tip my hat to Dylan, the Gordon Ramsey of this generation, for providing me an unforgettable experience at Burger King after a hard day's work. Dylan Evans, a classy man!

today i stepped foot in the restaurant and instantly got welcomed by the warm face which belongs to nell. she took my order perfectly, no faults. would definitely come again. that whopper meal went down like a treat, and it certainly made me feel like i rule the day

I’m glad this chain has opened a location here. The actual restaurant is quite nice aesthetically and enjoyable to sit in. However, I write this review from my last visit. It seems hit and miss and various Burger King locations wether they accept my Blue Light Card. In most cases, they need a managers approval. However, if it’s somewhat busy, the staff seem like they cannot be bothered to get approval and outright decline or refuse that they accept Blue Light Card. It comes off as they cannot be bothered. So, in that case, it’s really hit or miss wether they accept Blue Light - if they’re busy, the answer from the cashier will be no, if it’s quiet, it’ll be a yes.

Burger King has done it again! As a burger lover, I was excited to try their latest offering and boy, was I blown away! The burger was cooked to perfection, juicy and tender, with a flame-grilled taste that left an unforgettable impression. The toppings were fresh and flavorful, adding just the right amount of crunch and zing to each bite. The bun was soft and fluffy, holding everything together without overpowering the flavors of the burger. To top it all off, the fries were crispy and delicious, making for the perfect pairing. Burger King's latest creation is nothing short of phenomenal - I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a mouth-watering meal that will leave a lasting impression. Thomas made the experience enjoyable by wearing a bright smile and a confident and kind attitude. Bravo, Burger King!

Attended this store today ordered food the person serving had love bites all over his neck he kept shouting that order 85 was ready over and over until he was told it was no 58, my wife then askes for some dips which were thrown onto the counter these landed on the floor, He then laughed as he thought this was funny.Food arrived which was freezing cold, i took it back and said I wanted a refund the manager has a serious attitude problem she couldn’t refund the card so she had to give me cash,I said so theres no apology is there, she replied why am i appologising i said because the food is cold she said I didn’t know it was cold i said you know that it was cold i told you at the counter.She then turned her back and walked away if i could give 0 stars i would but there is no option, totally unprofessional kids with no idea how to deal with customers wont be going there again!

I was so happy with my visit to Burger King yesterday. Not only was the food extremely delicious but the customer service was second to none. I would like to give a special mention to Dylan Evans for his outstanding work ethic. He was friendly and cooked an amazing burger for me.

You'd think that they'd be keen to impress this early on after opening, and with another burger king right around the corner, but despite being clearly over-staffed (there were three staff members at the front hanging around chatting doing nothing) the food took a surprisingly long time, and had clearly been waiting around a while as it was already barely lukewarm. To top this off, we had ordered takeaway and they gave us our food on a tray. When I told the teenager behind the counter this (one of the three hanging about doing nothing save for an excellent impression of a stoner bored out of his mind) he handed me a takeaway bag to pack the food myself then laughed.

The moment you walk into this place, you are welcomed by amazing workers, a clean environment, and a welcoming aura. The staff are especially wonderful, Nell and Tommy. Each were so friendly and kind to me and helped me with every question. Both the staff and environment gave my little old heart a lovely experience for which I am forever grateful. Thank you so much, will be returning frequently.

This is the best Burger King I’ve ever been to. The staff are so kind and hard working. Odon and Olivia were so kind and understanding, they gave 100% service wise and were so patient with me and my order. I’ve had many a bad experience with Burger King but visiting this store has given me a change of heart. Consider me a new regular at the queen street store. Thanks guys!

Ordered a vegan whopper and received a chicken royal ? Couldn’t go back up to speak about it in all fairness as they where busy, however what I ordered and what I got where two completely different thing. The place itself was incredibly unclean and grumby but again could be due to being busy which I understand, just the fact they gave a vegan chicken ???
