Dentist is a very nice chap and it’s not too unpleasant an experience, which I consider pretty high praise for a dentist. Some of the friendliest receptionists around which makes a pretty big difference.

Best dentist I have ever been to, after not seeing a dentist for a long time due to past bad experience and an extreme phobia and anxiety of dentists, with my teeth in a bad state of decay I plucked up the Courage and booked to see DR EFSTATHIOS GEORGOPOULOS he and his team have restored my faith in dentist and completely freed me from my phobia I now have no issues in visiting the practice on a regular basis . All the staff are kind, compassionate and non judgemental and the work they do is amazing I was told by the NHS I would loose all my teeth but after treatment here they have restored all of my teeth and I havent lost a single one. Would highly recommend to anyone and I can't thank them enough for what they have done for me if I could give more than 5* I would.

I have today visited this dental practice having not been to a dentist for couple of years. I was seen by Dr Efstathios Georgopoulos who was very professional and great at explaining the treatment plan and made me feel at ease. Thank you to the friendly receptionist who was great too! Going to a NHS dentist and a private dentist you can certainly see the big difference.

After being with the same dental surgery for over 30 years I was nervous about changing but was also fed up of paying for a service that I wasn’t receiving due to them constantly cancelling appointments. I was recommended smile serenity so booked. What an amazing difference, they are spotlessly clean, welcoming, calming and everyone I have met so far have been lovely. Had 2 fillings today and can honestly say it’s the 1st time I have not sat shaking,sweating and getting myself worked up. If your not happy please come to this surgery as you will not be disappointed in them. First class treatment from everyone.

I am such a nervous patient but felt at ease on each visit. Each member of staff are so pleasant and listen to your needs. During treatment I was told exactly what was happening. I was given time to get myself together , nothing was too much trouble. This dentist is the one to go to. Excellent service by all who work there.

I have followed this dentist from his previous setting without any hesitation. He is a naturally pleasant person and would likely put the most nervous patients at ease. The new surgery looks great and the chair even performs a relaxing back massage while you are laid back! I highly recommend this dentist.

Smile Serenity were efficient, polite, kind and treated me like a human being. Everything was explained to me. The staff are lovely. I am a nervous patient and this is the best dental experience I have ever had. I have signed up to the care plan and feel confident it was a very good decision.

I couldn’t recommend this dental practise enough! For someone who has anxiety going to the dentist he made me so comfortable! I had dental issues which other places took long periods of time to get me and receive treatment. However smile serenity sorted all my issues in a matter of few month! A big thank you! I would never go back to nhs dentist! 5* service!

My mum had a severe stroke last year which left her paralysed. This year I was looking for a dentist who could clean my mums teeth either at her home or at the dentist but staying in her wheelchair. I rang several dentists in the area, private and NHS and no one was willing to help my mum. NHS said we will put your mum on a waiting list which was no use. Private dentist said we can’t come home and if your mum is in a wheelchair she has to use the dentist chair. I told them she was unable to due to her severe disability. I was shocked to see that there was no facility for disabled people. Then eventually I came across smile Serenity. The receptionist listened to my needs and discussed this with her manager and came back to me saying yes we can see your mum in her wheelchair. The Dentist cleaned my mums teeth, did a very good job. I Will definitely recommend Smile Serenity for their Dental service, kindness, caring and consideration. Thanks
