I have been using goldenmop for some time, and I m very happy of the quality of the work performed by their cleaners. You rate each single cleaning and if you are not happy , Goldenmop takes your review into account and may allocate another cleaner until you find someone that matches your requirements. Client service and support is great and reactive. I strongly recommend.

Golden Mop is brilliant. Super efficient and easy to use. I do everything through my phone. I've never had a problem with our cleaner Candy, she does a lovely job and leaves us notes when we need to replace cleaning products. I love getting home on a Thursday to a nice clean flat!

So glad to have finally found a cleaner through Golden mop. After experiences of cleaners not showing up or charging very high prices, I wasn't sure what to expect. However, the cleaner they sent was great. Even if her English was limited this wasn't an issue when you have Google translate and she got on with the cleaning with little instruction from my side. Would recommend.
