Fantastic service. We had 6 DVD discs containing memories of our children growing up but the format would no longer play in a modern day DVD player. Mandy has been able to restore all the videos and place them on to new DVDs and a USB memory stick. Very professional and I can recommend this business.

Surrey Video provide an excellent service at a very competitive price. I needed to transfer some old VHSC tapes into digital format and after doing the usual google search was pleased to find Surrey Video based within walking distance of where I live. They were helpful and knowledgeable when I spoke to them, the work was completed on time and the quality was perfect. I am very happy to recommend the company to others and will shortly be using their service again to transfer some of my old cine films into digital.

I have been meaning to get my old mini VHS cassettes converted into a digital form for years. They are immensely precious as they have footage of our children as babies , so I didn’t want to risk putting them in the post . I found this company by chance doing a Google search and it’s been the best thing I have ever done . I can now see footage that I haven’t seen for 25 years, it’s been so emotional and special. Surrey video are absolutely amazing they converted the videos really quickly for me , so that I could have them ready for a special birthday celebration, and made the whole process so smooth and easy . It has been worth every Penny and more and I will definitely use them again and am now recommending them to all my friends and family. Thank you so much for an amazing job .

I extremely recommend this company! The prices were really reasonable and the customer service from Mandy and Dave has been phenomenal. Mandy worked exceptionally hard to get our tapes digitalized as quickly as possible and went above and beyond to meet our needs whilst communicating brilliantly throughout. Like many other people I was worried about giving my precious tapes to relative strangers, but I need not have concerned myself as both David and Mandy were careful, communicative and exacting in their care and have provided me with memory sticks of years of memories easily able to be distributed among family and friends for them to enjoy as well. Excellent service and reasonably priced . They transferred a very old VHS tape (that had originally been made from cine films dating back to the 1960’s ) and I am delighted with the results . Highly recommend this small business.

asked them to put short videos I had made onto usb and make it into one long video.done it and it has turned out great.would use them again in the future.
