Tyre Pros - Barnet - East Barnet Road

Visited here for a Full Brake Check a few weeks ago after having been let down twice by H....ds. After dropping my vehicle off, Brian said that he would get the car on the ramp at the first opportunity and call me when done. Within 2 hours he had not only called me, but forwarded an extremely thorough report of the required works, supported with images and readings, to my phone. Unfortunately, the cost of this work transpired to be quite significant and therefore I decided against undertaking. Regardless and throughout, Brian was extremely helpful and courteous thus making my visit worthy of recommendation.

Ordered my Goodyear rear tyres from Black Circles to be fitted here at STS. Arrived and was warmly greeted by Kevin who talked through what checks would be made before and following the fitting, along with an estimate of how long the process would take. I decided to pop back home whilst the work was done. I got a call From Kevin within the estimated time to advise that the car was ready to collect.Upon collection. Kevin politely explained the work that carried out and advised there were no further issues.I would definately recommend this fitting bay and will use them again when I next need work to be carried out.Thanks Kevin.

Looks like they've got a new customer! I had a slow puncture in one of my back tyres, so I brought a new back set online to be fitted by tyre pros in East Barnet.I explained the issue, and after Brian removed the tyre, he told me I was able to get it repaired as the tyre was new.He quickly and effectively fixed the issue, and I was able to get a refund on the tyres I purchased as they were not needed.I was so impressed with Brian's customer service skills and how good he was. He easily could have gone for the easy option and just fitted the tyres I had paid for, but did the right thing!!Very impressed and will def be telling others about the garage.

Great service overall - I got seen very quickly, the fault was identified within minutes, and the issue was resolved with no hassle. Would highly recommend. I'll definitely be back in the future for all my tyre needs.

I was dealt with a man called Steve at East Barnet he was very kind and helpful. His knowledge was extensive and he advised me on tyres for my van it was not like previous experiences I have had with other tyre garages so for this reason I will always recommend this garage and Steve to all my friends and family thank you Steve.
