Such a lovely first experience with lip filler, Olivia was super welcoming and friendly and she made the process so easy and comfortable! Olivia explained the procedure fully and was so helpful answering any questions I had about the process and aftercare. So pleased with my lips, they look really natural. Will definitely be returning again!

Liv is super friendly and makes you feel at ease. I was initially booked in for 1ml of lip filler and rather than overcharging me for something I did not need she advised 0.5ml to suit my face which I was really pleased with. This shows how important customer satisfaction is to Liv and for that reason I would recommend her services. Thanks again! :)

So I Had machine brows done today by Olivia and OMG they’re amazing already! The shape is perfect and she spent time getting it just right for me. Nothing is too much bother for Olivia she always takes the time to understand exactly what you want. She talks you through every part of the process and is very knowledgable in her field of work. Olivia treated my lips , crows feet and did a brow lift. After a few bad experiences (not with AIL) I was really nervous but desperate to have it done. Olivia was warm, welcoming and extremely professional throughout. The results are already amazing and I'm over the moon. I will definitely only be using AIL in the future. Thank you Olivia.
