Had 2 house keys cut...unfortunately didn't work, was no bother in taking them back. Went back again to have car fob battery fitted, which was tested before leaving. Very helpful service would definitely recommend.

Very poor quality work!!! I had a watch brand new wich worth £200 to replace the battery, and they gave it back to me broken. I returned the watch and they told me to leave it with them till next day to fix it. When i collected it 2nd time i just noticed that they properly wasted my £200.I don't recommend to anyone.I gave 1 star to can place the comment.Is a shame!!!

Dreadful service. Lady on the counter is really rude and doesn't want to be helpful at all.They have lost my jacket sent to rugby to be cleaned. They scratched a new watch i took in. Dont waste your time or money. Expensive compared to other places.

It's a pity that they ruined an expensive item. Clearly there was no dry cleaning. The thing just hung on a hanger. The fabric on the collar has stretched due to the hanger. I don't recommend. :-(

Went in to ask about getting a spare car key cut. Lady on counter said they cut ford car keys and asked to see it. I showed her my key, she then said we don't cut car keys, we're not allowed. !?! When I questioned this as she had just said they cut car keys...bloke came for out the back and told me if I didn't like it then I should leave. This bloke was apparently the manager. When I tried to explain what I'd just been told, he got even more p***y and demanded I left the shop. Now I could understand if I had been rude or abrupt but I simply was asked why I was told they cut car keys and 2 secs later told they didn't. Very rude unhelpful staff and a complaint is going in to their head office.

I was served by Kris who gave my favourite boots a new lease of life! Thank you so such for a great job, my boots look perfect. Especially as I thought they were gone after two years or wear. Excellent job and professional service, taking all my footwear here from now on

Absolute rip off! Wanted a patio door cutting. Website says from £4, the guy told me £9 without even looking at it.
