From start to finish an excellent service. We were very clear about our requirements and budget, and were shown the most appropriate stoves accordingly. The survey was prompt and very thorough and the installation faultless. Our home was well protected against any potential fallout (of which there was none) and the team was efficient, helpful, informative and certainly went the extra mile in tidying up the ravages of time around our hearth. A very good job at a sensible and reasonable price.

After moving into a new property, we decided to have two multi stoves fitted and chose Derwas Fires & Stoves after receiving positive reviews. We visited the showroom in Welshpool and was shown a number of stoves with detailed explaination of the stoves. After placing the order and finalising details, the stoves were installed by Craig and Scotty. Two days to knock out, install flue liners and both stoves. Both Craig and Scotty were excellent. So tidy when they worked and even after we changed our mind about one install, they accomodated the change without a problem. We would have no hesitation in recommending Derwas in future - fantastic job and so pleased with the end result.

Had a new Contura 810 fitted today by Scotty and Cai. Firstly, we are extremely pleased with the log burner.. it looks great and as yet, has met all our expectations and are looking forward to getting it roaring in the soon arriving cold days. Secondly, would like to express our appreciation to Scotty and Cai for their excellent service performed with such professionalism and knowledge. Highly recommended.

The previous wood burner , which didn't work well, was replaced by Derwas recently for a burner from the Burley range. The installation was carried out in a professional manner, leaving everything clean and tidy. We are delighted with the result - even toasts crumpets!

We found Derwas to be a really professional company to deal with. Good advice over which product suited our needs best, a fully conducted survey, then a trouble free installation, all carried out by experienced tradesmen.Derwas may not be the cheapest company but you get what you pay for and quality is always remembered a long time after price is forgotten.

This is the third purchase and installation we’ve had from Derwas, lovely people, family business and skilled, knowledgeable team. Every problem is overcome, they cover everything and clean up afterwards and the standard of work is excellent, I have no safety issues with our installations and the finish on the chimney plate is amazing.
