I'm not a fan of salons. I dont enjoy the mindless chit chat, image scrutiny and general ambience that usually accompanies the experience but Serenity is low key, welcoming and not at all like this.Great cut by Gemma again. Patient and knowledgeable without the usual up-selling you get in other salons. The staff are genuinely friendly and efficient making it a relaxing and stress free experience.Good value as well!

Jemma is the only person I would let touch my hair! Always does a fantastic job on my colour and cut. Thank you for many years of great hair Jemma - recommend.

Love getting my hair done here by Jemma, she always does a really great job with my highlights and cut, and I leave with a fab blow out. Beware the adorable dog who will use her puppy dog eyes to try and guilt you into giving her the biscuit you get with your coffee/tea. Very hard to resist that little face! I recommend hiding the biscuit and giving her a pat and sneakily eat it when she's not looking

Went in for a gel polish, my nails nice and long and already shaped due having a manicure 2 weeks ago, I specifically said on 2 occasions that I didn't want to lose any length, she said she would just shape them a bit, and then proceeded to chop off my thumb nail so it is level with the skin, so it now looks like a toe . Looks far too short and stumpy now to have colour on, and doesn't match the rest of my fingers, don't want to shorten the rest as it has taken me so long to get them.all this length at the same time, which I also told the lady in serenity, so I have no idea why she would then chop.it down so short.

My 1st visit, despite telling stylist that my bob needed some layers and thinning, no layers were added and indeed no thinning either, a poor cut, very disappointed, i wish stylists would listen more to the clients requirementsOn the plus side nice salon and polite staff

Highly recommend Serenity - staff are friendly, welcoming and professional. Gemma has been cutting my hair for over 15 years, and it is testament to her skill that whichever salon she has worked in, I have followed! I was delighted when she opened Serenity. She takes the time to listen to what the customer wants, but isn't afraid to give honest advice - a great combination!

Would definitely recommend. I came into Serenity to have a full body massage. One of the best body massages I have ever had. Ieft feeling relaxeg and very chilled. I had Sophie, she was very informative and had lots of knowledge on how to get rid of knots or tension within your body. I will definitely be returning, as I work in child care. Would definitely recommend Serenity to friends and family.
