Took my car to bingley car body shop to get fixed through third party insurance after someone rear ended me (damaged bumper, boots and lights).They got in contact with admiral very quickly with an estimate, and had it fixed the next week.Peter always answered all my my questions; they also lent me one of their courtesy cars while my car was being fixed which was very generous from them as the insurance weren’t able to provide me with one.My car looks as good as new and even has a new number plate!Highly recommend bingley car body shop to anyone needing their car fixed :)

Visited Bingley Car Body Shop yesterday to have the rear bumper painted on my VW Golf Bill Plant Driving Instructor car and the service was impeccable. On arrival I was greeting in a warm and friendly manner and the car was ready to collect, the same day, at the exact agreed time all washed. I was 100% completely satisfied with the faultless experience from start to finish.

Very poor customer service and even worse aftercare. Car has been to the bodyshop 3 separate occasions and 3 of the jobs on the original visit either haven’t been done or done to a poor standard. Booked in for rework on a Thursday was cancelled 12:00 noon on the day it was meant to go in so a full day wasted. Rebooked for following Wednesday to do rework car not collected as agreed so rang at 15:00 to see what had happened and was told too busy nothing we can do about it. Just short of £2k spent and now can’t be bothered to do the work that was originally paid for. Spoke to one of the owners and told him I’d have to go elsewhere as want to sell the car but can’t with the poor work that has been previously done by them. His response ok that’s fine. Not a care in the world. Happy to take peoples money but not so happy when the job has to come back.No offer of a refund or a will to want to put the job right. Definitely do not recommend. A few months ago I took my car to a detailing centre in Bingley who advised that they could fit a body kit to my BMW, after being referred to them by my sister as they had fitted parts to her car a few months prior. A few weeks after my appointment, the parts started falling off my car because it turned out that they fit them with wood screws?! There were tons of other problems that unearthed from the work they did too… Anyway, I tried to contact the detailing centre to ask them to refit new parts correctly given the experience that I had had and I was ignored numerous times so my partner took my car to Bingley Car Body Shop to see if they could help. They were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Upon inspection, it turned out that the detailing centre had caused damage to my boot and when they rang to explain that the damaged area needed respraying, the chap was empathetic, apologetic (even though it wasn’t his fault!) and said that even though the extra work was unexpected, that he would make sure that my car was all good to go and ready by the end of the day. When I collected my car all the guys who work here were friendly, welcoming and super helpful and my car looked amazing. They even gave it a clean and they hoovered inside for me too! They walked me round my car to show me what they had done and explained how they did it and they also spent time with me to recommend other places to fix an electrical fault that I have. I just felt that they really cared and that they genuinely wanted to do a good job. It is the best car related experience - customer service and quality of work wise - that I have ever had and I honestly can’t thank them enough. I have been telling everyone I know to take their cars there if they ever have a problem! Thank you again for all your help ☺️

Was thinking a long time if it was worth putting money into my good old jeep or if it was time to move on to another car. Especially the roof and the front of the car was in need of attention. My jeep garage pointed me towards these magicians at bingley body shop so went over to have a chat with them. Came back a couple of times as wanted to know all the different options and these guys were nice, patient, knowledgeable and really try to think with me what would be the best approach. I knew the engine was good so with their confidence made the decision to go ahead. After 2,5 weeks I got it back and I was absolutely amazed by how good they made it look. It was that lion/caretaker moment after seeing it back in its full glory. I am filled with excitement and so proud of the car, thanks guys for making that happen

What great service I had today. Friendly staff, no hassle, gave me a courtesy car, amazing job on the body work and completed quicker than I thought. Charged as per original quote with no hidden extras. Very professional service and would not hesitate to use them again if I ever needed

The short version of this review is STOP LOOKING AND BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!Long Version:I first approached Bingley Car Body Shop to get a quote in August 2019. I arranged a Saturday meeting with Peter and we chatted for over half an hour about the work needed to my car and about all his cars and projects he has carried out. It was instantly clear to me and my wife that Peter was a Proper Ford Nut and a man who loved attention to detail. I was happy with the quote and I said I'd be in contact with him.Then, the World fell apart in 2020 and I had to delay getting my car done until 2021. However, I foolishly went to another Body shop for the sole reason it was nearer to me. Big mistake. Got let down hard by this other body shop and had to ring Peter and ask him to pick up my car and see what he could do with it. Peter was very helpful and understanding on the phone and picked up my car 2 days later. We met up again and we once more discussed a plan for my car. He gave me a quote and a time frame which we agreed on. 6 weeks later, my car was delivered to me by Peter in the best condition it has been in since it left the Ford Factory nearly 20 years ago. Numerous people have come up to me at shows and out and about and complimented me on it. The job Peter and his crew has done is incredible. I am over the moon with the result and the whole service I received at Bingley Car Body Shop and I can not recommend them enough!!!

Had a bump that damaged my bumper and other bits. Did me a quote pretty fast and worked to book me in around my work. Job was first class but they weren't happy with the paint match and asked me to bring it back the next week. I did, and the car and paint job are brilliant. Even washed it and gave it a hoover out.Hopefully I won't need them again, but if I do, I'll be back with no reservations at all.
