DO NOT USE FOR REPAIRSI engaged this group to repair my washing machine. At first all seemed well as they responded very quickly, though I was a bit suspicious that the diagnosis of the problem took place purely over the 'phone. Thereafter all went downhill quickly. They claimed to have ordered the parts, but couldn't confirm what had been ordered, or when. They refused to give ANY indication as to when the repair would take place- even when I asked whether it would be days

Excellent service, needed a new tumble dryer, rang at 9 had it delivered at 12, I live approx 15 miles from their shop and they took my old 1 away, saved me any hassle, highly recommend this firm
