Cause I sometimes have trouble with the English accent and my hearing is not too well it was hard for me to understand the elder lady that was hosting the evening. Instead of her explaining what she meant I got a sassy attitude and I'm just asking you a question" which was already a great start.Got my first drink after my main dish arrived. And when I wanted to pay the bill I had to wait for almost 30 minutes. Place was also quite dusty

What most impressed me about the Garden was that the keep serving fresh food right until closing time and the kind staff that helped to bring food to our table when we requested something. We ate dinner and breakfast there after our flight was rescheduled for the next day. We didnt arrive until 22:10 but the food was still fresh and plentiful. They even continued to serve fresh food. Our child is a slow eater, but no one bothered us. The same was true in the morning, and I was impressed that we could even bring a bottle of sparkling water to our table for free. A pot of fresh coffee was also brought to us for free. As a sidenote, our aircraft carrier paid for our hotel stay and meals, but additional drinks were not supposed to be included.

A decent buffet breakfast. Lots options to select from. Food quality is what I expected from a buffet in an airport hotel.To get to 5 stars I would expect the staff to be a little more cheery and engaged as well as some of the food (such as pastries) to be a little fresher.

We had dinner included and didn’t realize it was a buffet. Just not a very for buffet. Nothing for kids except vegetables, which our daughter normally likes but she’s wouldn’t eat these. Bland mushroom ravioli in water sauce and kind of gross fried chicken (did not eat). Bunch of Mayo and mustard potato salads and that’s about it. No drinks except serve yourself lukewarm water and juice and coffee. Desserts didn’t look bad but we had had enough junk for the day. Would have liked more traditional salad options (lettuce, cucumber, tomato, etc) and grilled chicken.

I could not get a glass of tap water without getting up and getting it myself. After I got my own water, the waiter removed it from y table. That was after I asked for a glass of club soda, which the bar did not carry. For a country so concerned about the environment, you cannot get a soda in a restaurant without a bottle.The dishes you consume here MUST be consumed in the restaurant. You may not leave with food.Our waiter could not understand anything I asked him and I do speak English. I had questions about allergy issues and he could not answer anything. He spoke very little English.The steak was fatty and tasteless.This place is definitely not my “cup of tea”. Is rather pathetic.

We were staying in the hotel for one night and headed to dinner at 6pm on a Wedenesday evening. There were plenty of spare tables and we were well looked after by Melissa and her team. Currently a child eats for free when eating with a paying adult, which is a great deal. My pizza was a good size and tasted great. Regarding prices other reviewers have said it's expensive, but it's no more so than a similar high street chain like Pizza Express plus it's extremely convenient. I'd be very happy to return.

So I remember before Covid this was a Buffet style restaurant so I was disappointed to find out this wasn’t the case anymore and I had paid for half board ( WARNING the Hilton give you only £30 towards FOOD only which doesn’t go very far)The food was okay , service was good and quick but it was very expensive .. come on, £5 for a portion of chips for example ! ( probably paying for the Hilton name of the hotel )I won’t ever have half board again at this hotel , go into the airport to eat

Since being renovated this restaurant is really nice. The food was really good and our waiter was amazing. Great service and interaction. He was an asset to the restaurant. Would recommend for a meal and night out

Poor menu selection and high prices. Really unimpressed with this place considering it's the main restaurant in the Hilton. The restaurant is dated and service is slow. The menus were old and scruffy (and sticky in places!) Which is a pet hate of mine especially when the restaurant is charging such high prices. Unfortunately there isnt a lot of selection to choose from outside the hotel. Honestly, I'd try and find somewhere else to eat if you can.
