easy to find and we’ll sign posted.Good access and parking - there is a bar across the entrance but I got my vivaro in no problem (I have no roof rack tho so bare in mind and check before you try)Lovely walks and views and some lovely wildlife to spot and see; including some of the biggest cows; British Whites; I’ve ever seen in my life who roam freely across the common. You could easily spend the day exploring the heath lands and looking at the beautiful heathers, trees, birds, bugs and being at one with nature. We also enjoyed a nice picnic here although we sat on the floor as no picnic benches and then walked out lunch off with our puppy.Nice place to visit especially if you like walking or taking photos.

Busy car park but nice walks across the two commons. Wide range of terrain from woodland to open heathland

Absolutely love it here. Free parking, beautiful walks. Dog's can roam free. Beautiful open spaces but also lovely forest areas. Some parts are very muddy and appropriate shoe's are needed. Enjoy

Great British countryside and meadows, not as much space to sit down and enjoy it, but well worth a visit

Prestigious lowland heath supporting some of the UKs rarest wildlife. Visit in spring for reptiles, summer for butterflies and autumn for the colour especially when heather is in bloom.
