I had the pleasure of visiting the job centre recently and I must say I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and professional staff members who were eager to assist me. The place was very clean, well-organised and had a welcoming atmosphere.I would like to give a special thank you to Rahim, who went above and beyond to accommodate me and my girlfriend. He accepted us earlier than our scheduled time, which saved us from having to wait for longer. Rahim was patient, attentive and really made us feel comfortable during our visit. He answered all of our questions and provided us with all the necessary information we needed to move forward with our case.Overall, I can say that my visit to the job centre was a positive one. The staff was amazing, the place was spotless and Rahim really made a difference. I highly recommend this job centre to anyone looking for excellent service. Thank you to everyone at the job centre for your hard work and dedication!

Went to the appointment for universal credit and the staff is useless and she didnt even read it right and when I gave her my NI and my birth certificate she wasn't looking at the right stuff.

Got illegally evicted roughly around 4&half months ago they tried putting me in the first hostel I moved into ive been in 4 hostels wich have none have done me any favours just stress me out and deteriated my mental health they told me I had to find my own place neglecting me told me theyde send me a email of properties wich they haven't im homeless 4&halfs later im on the streets this winter 2nd Christmas homeless on the streets its absurd and unprofessional wish thier was less racist people workin in this place they dont want to help the caucasion minorities but put them in worse of situations.

I was very pleased with the help that Rohit gave me during a very difficult time, requiring documents to be verified and sent as part of bereavement paperwork. He really went out of his way to help me, even finding my phone number somehow to contact me after I had left. Huge thanks to Rohit. And the Job Centre is very modern, spacious and smart
