Lunar Spirit Wellbeing
I attended a level 1 reiki course last Sunday and gained a great insight into the practice of reiki. Jennifer creates a relaxing environment and ambience and along with practical sessions it was a day packed, with sound information and useful tips and techniques.

I recently attended an empowerment event with Jen, The whole day was carefully thought out and attention to detail was 5 star. She explained things in such a way it was very easy to understand and thought provoking, She helped each of us work out what was blocking us off from achieving our goals and in turn helped us see how we could gain back our confidence and move forward.I loved every part of the day from the meditation, reiki and mindful forest walk. The lunch was a beautifully laid out vegan buffet, full of flavour too. I will certainly be signing up for more of her events and definitely recommend her to anyone looking to improve themselves.

I loved the meditation session I participated in yesterday. I am new to meditation and breathing techniques. Jen was patient and reassuring and the group was welcoming. I especially loved the bowls - beautiful.Thank you Jen!

I have been going to Jen for many years now, for different things.She helped me work through my limiting beliefs and through other aspects of my life to help be become a better person, she taught me that it was ok to say no! at times it was difficult but she was there to coach and guide me through it and to see the reasons why I behaved or felt a certain way, she gave me the tools to break through and learn to love myself again and not to accept certain behaviours or treatment from othersI’ve also attended meditation evenings, reiki share and full moon ceremonies, they are always great evenings, you will be amazed by the warmth of Jen and how she makes everyone feel so welcome.If you’ve not been to see her in her amazing studio then I suggest you do, you won’t regret it! Xx

Jen is absolutley fantastic, my life has completely changed in such a short amount of time for the better. I started off with a meditation session and now I've gone onto to use her life coaching services, become a Reiki practitioner through Jen and join her exclusive membership they helps me become a better more positive person. I can not recommend her enough, she has shown me a new way of life and for that ill forever be grateful.
