Recently bought a Ross-Tech VCDS HEX-V2 USB Package (10 VIN) to try and get to grips with a VW Golf that was giving me grief. The parcel arrived next day and being a numpty, struggled a bit setting it up. However, a quick phone call had that sorted. Anyway, with a few hours I had diagnosed the issue with the Golf.Fab service....

I recently purchased a Foxwell NT680 and have found it intuitive and straight-forward to use. I have used it to diagnose and fix a faulty electronic brake control at a total cost of £14 for the replacement control unit. If I had gone to the local Peugeot dealer, they would have charged £144 + VAT for investigating the problem plus the cost of repair. I have also been able to identify the source of a fault with the parking assist system and replaced a faulty sensor at a cost of £31 for four sensors as opposed to £475 + VAT for a dealer repair.Prior to ordering the unit, I asked Gendan to confirm that the unit would report faults in all the systems on my car. I received a prompt and helpful response from Gendan. When I ordered the unit, it was delivered by courier the next day.Very pleased with the service I received from Gendan and the product I purchased.

Fantastic company to deal with. All the guys I've spoken to (Mike, Kieth and Sam) are so helpful. The Foxwell NT 530 seems excellent at the moment. I'll report more when I have time to totally check it out. Car by the way is an Aston Martin DB9.

A great company to deal with.My wife bought a Fiat 500 and noticed the odometer mileage flashing. Turns out the previous owner had replacedA fault speedo but did not get a proxy alignment procedure done. After some internet research I discovered Gendan and used their website to purchase the equipment needed to fix my problem. Unsure of what parts I actually needed I filled out the help section for and I was told what parts I needed to fix the problem. A special shout out to Mike West who offered great after sales support. I got the flashing odometer fixed and I now own the OBD reader and software in case in needed for future faults. Still cheaper than going to a Fiat dealer for the fix.

A perfect example of running a business right. I was struggling to find a Foxwell all system diagnostics unit in the UK until I came across Gendan, and so glad I did. Not only did they have the item in stock, but the ordering process was flawless, with every bit of info you might need available at the right time. Great website. It also arrived extremely quickly and meticulously packaged, after a hilarious dispatch email! Can't fault them in any way. If you need automotive diagnostic tools this is the place to go. Support businesses like this, rather than faceless megacorps like Amazon..

I bought my GT90LE kit from Gendan nearly 3 years ago, service and communication was great and it has worked well since. Until recently when it stopped working and I needed some technical help, it seemed to happen after a windows update. I had an excellent response from Mike who helped me using team viewer. Great communication and plenty of patience shown too. I certainly highly recommend this firm.
