Little Knapp Distillery | Wild Knapp Gin | Craft Gin – Hay Distillery | Little Knapp Distillery presents Wild Knapp Gin, our London Dry Gin Hand is hand crafted using botanicals that we grow and forage from the land surrounding our distillery over looking the Wye Valley. Our botanicals are steeped for 12 hours and then copper distilled to produce a smooth, juniper led craft gin.

We aren't gin drinkers at all but after receiving Wild Knapp as a gift we're completely converted - we absolutely love it. It's so flavour some, you can just taste the quality and the love that's gone into it. It's a joy to drink. The bottle is so beautiful we're going to turn it into a light holder:)
