We had to use this laundromat when our washing machine died. It's not cheap but a wash is only about 36 minutes long. The attendants are helpful and friendly and the place is clean. I hope my machine is replaced soon but I am glad to know I have this back up.

I took a large load of Airbnb lenings and gave to Shifa to service was. Only to find my load of washing gone missing. And the staff are extermy rude show no interest in finding my items. I asked to speak to the manager they refused to put me in touch with the manager.I'm extremely upset. Would never recommend anyone to use them for service wash!

Unbelievable they have lost one of my bags of washing today with clothes i can not replace. Whats really annoyed me the rudeness of the girl on the phone no help and will not give me the owner or managers details. Will be reporting to the police then. Fuming

My wet clothes were taken out of the dryer in the empty laundrette and I arrived only one minute later. The rude blue haired woman who insisted I get out of her face told me people were waiting for the dryer when there were 7 free dryers. She refused to give me the manager's details to complain. I use this laundry every single weekend and spend a lot of money here. It's an absolute disgrace.

The place say it closing at 6 pm a wash is 36 mins. We got there at 16:15 the lady with black hair said we can't do a wash because the last wash is 16:15 she said will need to Mop and clean place so we can't put a wash on. My washing machine has broke down had shildrens washing to do and we walk mile with big trolley of washing . I can understand if she said last wash 5pm or even 17:30
