Ordered my meds on Monday ready to collect them all on Friday. Was not even ready. I've changed chemist and I ordered them yesterday at 1pm from my gp and low & behold had a text to say they was ready at morrisons. I could not wish for a better service, compared to the one at LloydsSorry Lloyd's but you have not got any better

Gone downhill.Used to be a reliable Pharmacy to collect prescriptions.Past year long queues and after waiting 30 odd minutes told to come back tomorrow as not ready! This is after they had 5 clear days to get ready.Changed to Morrisons at Parkgate and prescription issued at 10 in morning was ready at 3. Notified by text. Great service.Feel sorry for those not so mobile.Also Morrisons have better hours and open till 18.00 on Saturdays.

Most of the staff that work here are rude, ignorant lack basic communication skills and customer service skills,Their role is to assist their customers with anything that they may need help with.Some of these customers deal with daily mental health to which your ignorant staff hinder with their ride attitude etc.My advice would be a full retrain your team or even better just swap them all out for someone who knows how to deal with people for a start!!

Stop blaming the fact there's queues round the block for people picking up their meds on the upgraded systems training staff shortages!! It's absolutely ridiculous making people continuously have to wait for their prescription to be made up because of backlogs!! problem.. not enough trained staff and you seriously need to stop making me wait for my meds! I need them on the day not 72 hours later!! Absolutely fuming

There's always a problem with my medication it never ready hours or days after been sent .staff are rude one lady has no emotion doesn't smile .I wouldn't mind but there was lady with same problem . Reading some these reviews people feel the same ..

Just not good enough. Staff are ok - just not managed well, always have to go back because meds are missing - do something else if your not passionate enough to get it right.Charged full prescription price for one table! Which was obviously a mistake by GP but issued and bagged it anyway - didnt want to take responsibilty for any of it.USE ANOTHER CHEMIST!!!!!!

It's ok as pharmacies go it's has a quite reasonable amount of stock and the staff are friendly and helpful whilst also being knowledgeable, it's the only pharmacy in the area so people without transport don't get the chance to choose , but don't get paracetamol or ibuprofen from here they are expensive compared to supermarkets, but most other products are competitive on price

The staff at lloyds are very helpful and polite, they go beyond to help you with your problems and are pretty quick at sorting your scripts out, I would give 5 stars but not all the time they have a pharmacist.
