Harbour Creek Motorhomes

After being let down by other dealers we bought a motorhome from Harbour Creek in May. Paul and his father were excellent and we never felt pressured or had a feeling that we were being sold to. The van had a few small issues that were sorted with absolutely no fuss and nothing seems to be to much trouble. Andy in service is superb and makes you feel valued. We love our van and can’t recommend these guys highly enough.

Paul and the family were great when we bought our City Club Joker 5 years ago now. We have had years of fun and love it. We stayed in regular contact! However the past 18months we haven’t heard from them and we are having an issue with our fridge. All we want is someone to respond to our emails or phone calls and help us work out how to get it serviced. We are reverting to a review in the hope that someone calls us. It keeps freezing everything. We are happy to pay to get it fixed we just need guidance. For the first time it’s making us question whether we would actually recommend them.Since writing this post Paul and Andy at Harbour Creek have been in touch ( the next day at 9.30a.m) and I can report that our fridge has been fixed. Andy has recently come on board to manage the aftercare" and I am reassured that they have the systems in place to respond quickly. They are a lovely family business who have experienced a growth spurt! I will definitely continue to recommend them."

Arrived to look at a motorhome only to find the place looked up half an hour early, there was someone in the yard but despite being able to hear him he didn't seem to hear us, shame as we are serious buyers looking to spend £50k . Now looking elsewhere!

A massive thank you to Paul, Lee (I hope you’re feeling better soon), Jim, all the lads in the workshop and all the girls in the back office.Everyone has been so friendly and helpful, from the initial enquiry through the (pressure free) sales process, the numerous cups of tea, to the finalisation of the paperwork, handover and pick up. Sorting out the item missed from the job sheet was no bother. All in all, it was a fantastic experience. The follow up call to check in was a nice touch too.Our Rapido V55 (now named Vicky) is a pleasure to drive (unlike the M6, which isn’t!) and we are looking forward to our first trip away at the end of November.Thank you again, everyone at Harbour Creek. I got scammed of this company and could not get my money back. Sold item that I thought was through harbour creek. When I tried to return it he said it was sold private. Paul Johnson. ???? BUYER BEWARE.

Purchased a Nuevo from Harbour Creek, viewing the van was relaxed with no pressure from staff. Collection and handover was very efficient and thorough. The van had been extremely well prepared with every aspect of the van checked and demonstrated for us. Paul is very knowledgeable about motorhomes. We highly recommend Harbour Creek.

It has been a year since we bought our Carthago from Paul and I agree with all the comments about how good he is at explaining all the elements of a motorhome , even to novices like us. The van is terrific and we love it - but we never felt under any pressure to buy it.We have had a few niggles with the van nonetheless, as is common with Motorhomes and have been very well supported by Andy and Paul. Paul talked us through a toilet emergency (!) while we were miles away and just recently we had the van in to try to get some snags fixed under warranty . They have had a good go at them and sorted quite a few, while others depend on parts from Europe which are problematic atm, but they are working through them patiently.Paul is very knowledgeable and doesn't just sell vans he doesn't understand - His advice is good and always helpful.With such a big purchase there is always a worry you are making a mistake - buying from Harbour Creek has been reassuring.

A truly excellent family run company. Paul, his father and all staff go out of their way to be helpful. I bought a Columbus 641 from Harbour Creek two years ago. I am really pleased with the van. However, the fridge developed a problem soon after purchase. Paul pulled out all the stops and fixed it (a software problem). Now almost two years on the fly screen has developed a problem, it is to be fixed by Harbour Creek under warranty. Having met Paul and the company a number times, I have no hesitation in recommending both Westfalia and Harbour Creek.
