Driver stole £1000 from me after dropping it outside the shop door. Only person on cctv in the minutes I was in shop and was caught bending down on camera picking it up. He also left his job after 3 days. Still to this day nobody will tell me his name. But I won’t use this store again after 20 years buying from them. They protected a thief!!

Placed an order for delivery a week ago. Nobody telephoned to arrange delivery. Rang but answerphone and unable to leave message as mailbox was full. Tried chat and was told their phone system was down and I should email store. Emailed store without reply. It is hard to see how the service could get any worse.
