My wife has visited Karen a few times for reflexology and a deep tissue massage and each time has had a great experience. Karen put her at ease and made sure to discuss her ailments and tailored the treatment accordingly. My wife came away very pleased she didn’t hesitate and made the trip!

I have been suffering from back and shoulder pains for a very long time now, which started to lead to headaches and vertigo. Working on a laptop had not helped at all. After a few sessions with Karen, I really felt the difference, I was able to sleep properly again, headaches disappeared and my vertigo was a lot better. Karen is a very caring towards her clients and very knowledgeable. I definitely recommend Karen to anyone suffering with the same or similar health issues. After visiting several different massage therapists I discovered Karen Howell. Karen is very professional but also very amiable and created a bespoke massage to help with the tension in my back, neck and shoulders. The treatment is carried out in a calm atmosphere in her home. I am already feeling much less tense and relaxed after just three sessions.

Karen provides an excellent service from booking appointments to actual practice. The home-setting is very comfortable and relaxing. I have been visiting Karen regularly for roughly six months for deep tissue massage and she has worked wonders! My neck and shoulders are no longer as tense as they were.
