Tasked with the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do, and the worry of missing something, or not doing the best for my mum, it was such a relief to have such a caring team from Westcountry.Richard made sure everything was thought of, and more, to the point of letting me walk with him on the day. My mum had 1st class care, and regular calls, just to update or check how I was.On the day itself, the whole team were caring, thoughtful, and there for every need.I cannot Thankyou enough,for the help and reassurance you gave throughout, I will always be thankful for you teams efforts, and your kindness at such a difficult time

When you lose someone you love to have the exemplary levels of support, care and compassion we experienced from Richard and his team at Westcountry Funeral Service helped us enormously, allowing us to arrange a funeral service truly befitting of our loved one. From the first moment we met Richard and Leah, the respect and care shown at such a traumatic time, demonstrated that we were in the safest and most professional of hands, ones which would help and gently guide us throughout. I found West Country Funeral Service to be most helpful with all arrangements of my brothers cremation etc. and Mr Parsons provided guidance and direction of procedures to be followed. Whilst I live in London Mr Parsons (WCFS) always made himself available to provide advice on telephone/email which helped reduce the number of occasions I needed to visit Cornwall.My thanks to all concerned for a First Class Service where nothing was too much trouble, thank you.

Westcountry Funerals provided a very professional, but at the same time sensitive, service. It is a stressful and upsetting time which Richard made as easy as possible. The patience and also availability are the other areas I must highlight as exceptional. I arranged my brother’s cremation through them.
