I had my car in for service and MOT last week. The communication throughout the day on the status of my car was brilliant, the car was ready when they said it would be. The most wonderful garage experience EVER!!!We were in a pickle with a car that wouldn't start, a bonnet that wouldn't open and a different car then having a flat tyre on the driveway. Bob went so far out of his way to help us it was unreal. Can't thank him enough for his kindness and support.

Bob and Sam are a credit to themselves, they helped me in a very tricky situation where I had broken down and been recovered to St Albans (a city I am not familiar with). I needed to get to Guildford asap for work having already travelled from Lincoln and endured a sleepless night on the roadside waiting for recovery vehicles. Bob went out of his way to come and meet me in the city to look at my broken down vehicle and offered excellent advice and customer service. My vehicle was fixed on the same day which got me out of a very stressfull situation. Both Bob and Sam were incredibly empathetic of my situation and I felt they truly cared about my well being and helping me. I would reccomend them to everyone, my friends who have just moved to the area will be using them going forward for general servicing/mots as well as repairs in the event of breakdowns. It seems like an isolated case for me. I had scheduled an appointment with them a week in advance and brought my car in at 9:00 AM. However, I was informed that there were 10 cars ahead of mine. It left me questioning the purpose of having an appointment in the first place.I decided to call them at 11:00 AM to inquire about the status, but they mentioned that the BMW car part was on its way, without specifying the actual fault. The lady said she would call me back, but I never received a call. By 2:00 PM, I called again as I needed the car by 2:30 PM. At that point, I was told to return to collect the car, with the expectation of returning next time for further servicing.Upon arrival, I found my car parked on the roadside in the exact spot where I had left it in the morning. I couldn't help but wonder if they had forgotten to check my car since the morning due to a busy schedule. This situation left me questioning the purpose of making an appointment in the first place.Update 2023-10-03Garage owner-Bob called back and explained the situation, and would like to amend the mistake to have me book in again with priority to repair my car. Bob is sincere trying to sort thing out so the rating has been revised as I cannot remove the post anymore.
