We ordered a cushion and back pad unfortunately on receipt the colour did not quite match the screen colour inspirado could not have been more helpful they offered a complete swatch set to exchange or a full refund this service is exceptional and shows when things do not go quite right complete help is available in such a very polite manner well done inspirado

This small family business is totally reliable in terms of the quality of its craftsmanship and the materials used, and its efficiency in fulfilling orders.What began a couple of years back as a request for two cushions for Windsor chairs being used as home office seating has moved to the reupholstering of all of our dining chairs. We have also ordered scatter cushions and recently purchased two new Ercol Chairmakers chairs without cushions; instead ordering some from Inspirado, knowing that they would be just perfect.We have other Ercol lounge upholstery which will need rejuvenating in the coming years and are already communicating with Inspirado about this.The photographs are representative of the workmanship, beauty and elegance of our chairs, greatly enhanced as they are by Inspirado’s outstanding cushions.If you are looking for new cushions for your lovely Ercol chairs then you will not be disappointed with Inspirado.
