Highly recommend this company for any plumbing work needed. We have used them in the past, so didn’t hesitate to use them again. We had an old leaking outside tap replaced & an isolator fitted too. Jake arrived promptly & did a great job. Thank you!

Can’t thank Jack and his team enough. Always fast, always reliable, always polite and always very clean and tidy. We had a small leak that needed repair and it was all sorted quickly and without any bother. Jake talked us through what needed to be done and carefully broke down the costs to check we were happy to proceed. The work was completed within an hour and we were delighted with the results. Bromley Plumbers are first rate and I cannot recommend them enough.

Jake completed the job in a timely fashion and came on 2 occasions between us ordering a part he requested us to get. Thank you for reaching out to me through my Trusted Pilot request as it is great to have a local company to do the work. I had a burst water pipe under the floorboards. Jake identified the leak but did not have enough time to guarantee completion so we agreed he would return after the weekend. I was delighted to receive a message that he could complete the job the next day, Saturday. Jake carried out the job very well and made good the flooring as far as possible. I thoroughly recommend this company for their customer care and service.

Having made an appointment for a leaking pop-up plug and an unstable toilet seat, everything was fixed by Stuart within an hour of his arrival. He quickly assessed the cost of the work involved and explained how the faults could be remedied. Within no time everything was finished to a very high standard. I would not hesitate to call on the Bromley Plumbers for a reliable and friendly service.

Excellent experience with Bromley Plumbers from start to finish. Was struggling to find anyone to look at a leaking cistern. Jack was immediately responsive to my emails and organised for Jake to come round, identify the issue and provide a quote. Jake gave a very clear explanation of what was action was needed, gave me a quote on the spot and, following my agreement to the quote (which was cheaper than other quotes I’d received), did an instant repair. Jake was quick, tidy and very polite and friendly. Would definitely recommend
