Superb professional service from start to finish. Good price excellent service every worked like clockwork from start to finish. Most important of all instructions were explained in simple easy to understand terms and results were completed exactly in the promised timeframe. I found that following the simple instructions on how to use the swobs and sending them back for testing was extremely easy, but, their reply email with the results is very confusing, as I have never done this sort of thing before and I am not a scientist/doctor or anything else in this sort of field the technical scientific jardon" they put in the reply email is very hard to understand and I think a bit "backwards". As I am unsure if I am reading the results properly and still can't be sure if the 99.999996% should read as "positive" because further reading into the results has thrown up a "negative"? confused
