Booked this a month ago but had to cancel due to poor weather and rearranged for four weeks later. Company was easy to deal with and prompt with any queries. Felt they were professional and would recommend. We had the toxic slide which the kids loved.

I hire from cream castles every year on my children’s birthdays, I am very pleased about the ease of booking online and the fact that you can call someone and check in if you have any issues. I paid extra for an overnight and was delighted at the fact that they didn’t collect until late afternoon, my children were thrilled to have use of the bouncy castle slide the next day. The staff who came to deliver and collect were friendly, I will definitely be a returning customer and can recommend to others without hesitation.

Ordered the big 'balloons' bouncy castle for my sons 6th birthday. The castle was as described and expected. It was plenty big enough for my sons 34 party guests. The delivery and collection guy was punctual, knowledgable and professional. I have a very happy birthday boy who described his party as 'epic' and 'awesome'. Thank you cream castles, we will defiantly be back in future.

Great communication and easy to get hold of on the phone for queries before booking and about delivery. On time as planned and very quick and efficient to set up/take down. Kids loved the bouncy castle which was in great condition. Would definitely recommend and use again!

Great service, easy to order the castles, delivered and set up on time and promptly. Used for a school summer fair and the kids loved both the slide and the castle that we hired. The man and young lady who came to set up were very professional and helpful.Would recommend.Thanks!
