Nickie provided fantastic service when I required my wedding dress to be boxed for my wedding in Italy. Corresponding via email was easy and Nickie boxed my dress beautifully. It was the perfect size for my hand luggage with BA.On return from our wedding, I asked Nickie if she could clean the dress as that’s also a service Nicki provides. The dress looks fantastic. I wish I could wear it again. I would highly recommend Nickie for both services.

I had my dress boxed for my destination wedding, followed by a clean upon my return. The whole service from start to finish was amazing, couldn’t recommend enough. Nickie takes so much care and time to look after your dress, she’s also super knowledge about the different airlines and their hand luggage requirements. My dress was rather messy after the wedding but it was good as new when I collected it. Thank you for an amazing experience.

Fantastic experience this year with Boxed Bridal. I bought a sample dress which needed a clean before my big day. Boxed bridal got it into perfect condition, and kept it safely stored for me - when I needed alterations I brought it back to be kept as I knew it would be safe. After a very rainy and muddy wedding day I was able to bring my dress (and veil and cape!) back to Boxed bridal just a week after the wedding. A couple of weeks later they had transformed it from muddy and damp into as good as new, and folded it delicately into a beautiful box. See the photos for a before and after! I am so happy I chose Boxed Briday to clean and box my beautiful wedding dress. They took such great care of my dress and you can tell that they really care about each dress and are hugely professional and experienced. Our wedding day was very wet meaning the dress got soked and it didn't phase them at all. My dress is now beautifully clean and boxed.

On Saturday, my daughter came along with me to see her newly cleaned wedding dress. Nickie had displayed it in the middle of the shop, and it looked fabulous! (It was actually quite emotional!) We then watched it being folded into a lovely preservation box. I’d decided to treat my daughter to this service as it seemed the only thing to do with such a special dress. I’ll admit, I did think twice about the expense, but when Nickie explained all the intricate processes “she” had been through to return her to her former glory, combined with the careful boxing up, it made total sense. And yesterday Amy sent me the before-and-after photos they had taken. I can thoroughly recommend this team. Thank you for your care.

Nikki is the kindest, most lovely person who took expert care cleaning my daughter's precious dress. The whole experience was amazing, the care taken, the attention to detail and the most beautiful boxes in which the dress was so carefully packed away for storage. Cannot recommend highly enough. Nickie and her team at Boxed Bridal are incredible! My wedding dress has come out looking like it’s brand new once again, and the service I received was perfect. Everyone is so friendly and kept me informed throughout the process. I’m not planning on getting married again any time soon, but would absolutely use the BB team again if I were!
