Emersons Green Beefeater
I have spent 5weeks at the Premier Inn attached to this Beefeater and have enjoyed every day at the venue. The morning always starts well with Clair and her genuine happy greeting. I have a regular breakfast menu which I really enjoy. Others that come in for porridge or poached eggs get a no nonsense pleased to serve you welcome" from Clair. Genuinely recommend the breakfast. Evening meals with Sally are good quality with great attention to service. We'll done all at Beefester Emersons Green. Hope to come back. Thank you."

Not a great experience today.We were seated near a fire exit which was drafty, we didn't get exactly what drinks we ordered (wasn't a major issue and could see they were so busy), food wasn't overly warm or that tasty and we didn't get an extra egg we ordered but it would have taken to long to take our meal back.We ordered coffees which looked terrible, we asked the waitress to take them back and then she came back to say that the coffee machine wasn't working!Might have just been a bad time to visit as they were so busy but it didn't leave a good impression.

We found that the chairs were grubby and had stains on them and sticky to the point where we couldn't sit on one of them. The table was very stick and had to get them to clean it again. Once we had placed our order they brought our starters and told the wife her main wasn't available and had to pick something else. She picked the salmon only to be told 10 mins later that they didn't have any of that either. So went for the chicken and ribs instead. Once the food came to the table to ribs didn't taste very good to the point where the wife left them. The place wasn't full so no excuse for not cleaning tables properly. As for the chairs I can't see them being that busy they couldn't clean a few in the evening ready for the morning or higher a company to do it. The table behind were having similar problems when their main came out before there starters and were told later about food that wasn't available. All in all a bad experience and won't be returning

Service is outstanding by all the staff but a special mention to Karen who usually serves breakfast. So polite, friendly and Professional at all times.Food was decent.

If there was an option for zero star I would have given that, when we arrived for our meal the table was not ready. We eventually sat down. Which are table and chairs were filthy dirty. We then waited an hour and a half for our meal to come out when it arrived my partners gammon on his mixed grill was raw we said to the waitress and she said she would bring another one which she never did until we all completely finished our meal. We were promised that is would be taken of our bill at the end. This was not the case. The manger came over and said we still have to pay for the mixed grill but he would take £3 off because apparently that is how much the gammon cost, he also said well you have eaten the rest, which I think is very rude. We continued to dispute this. He eventually took £10 of the meal. Which I still think is disgusting considering our experience. Will not be returning to this restaurant. And do not recommend to anyone looking to attend.

Where to start? If you book here and its cold outside then please make sure you ask for a table away from the door!!.We were out for my dad's 78th and had travelled from Manchester to be with family.When we arrived we were sat right next to the entrance in direct draft which left us freezing all night.We ordered drinks including a bottle of wine and 3 glasses, 2 glasses were dirty, th me 3rd looked fine until the wine was poured and a soapy residue appeared on top of the wine.We raised this with the waiter who replaced the glass but not the wine we had to ask again for this to be done.The food was not of a great standard. The sharing nachos were dry, over cooked and had chopped chilli's rather than jalapeño and in our opinion a single portion. The chicken goujons had no garnish.The mains then came out and were not hot but just warm. And all the mains that were advertised to have coleslaw came out with salad. After raising this the manager advised that they had a dispute with the supplier so cannot provide coleslaw and our waiter should have told us.The rack of ribs were over cooked, dry and had no bbq sauce, spicy or otherwise and was very bland.We had taken a cake for my dad to celebrate his birthday. But we ended up taking this back and leaving.To be fair to the manager he did remove the price of the drinks off the bill in light of the poor experience.This was after he had told us he knew the table was badly positioned and the senior management hadn't done anything about it.So I can safely say I won't be returning.

Emersons Green Beefeater
Emerson's Green Beefeater can be a bit hit or miss sometimes.Today's visit was definitely a hit!-The customer service received today by the team member Deborah was excellent. We felt well looked after and our needs catered for throughout our whole visit.My Fillet Steak was cooked to perfection (medium as I had asked for it) and both meals were hot, flavourful and seasoned well and were very enjoyable. Our drinks were replenished when asked and all round we had a great visit to Beefeater Emerson's Green today.
