It's a shame i can not rate this company 0 stars.Bought a vehicle from them, described and minimal damage to the rear. Bare in mind the vehicle is 20 Reg. I went to pick it up and it was absolutely destroyed & not as described, also the most valuable components from the vehicle had been stolen (Exhaust & AdBlue tank and pump). I am diabetic and they did not have the courtesy to allow me to use the toilet. Rude and very arrogant staff.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! USING THIS COMPANY AS THEIFS WORKS INSIDE. I HAVE BOUGHT VEHICLE FROM SALVAGE AUCTION FIRSTLY DESCRIPTION IS VERY BAD THEY DON’T TELL YOU TRUTH SECONDLY WHEN I RECEIVED MY VEHICLE EVERYTHING WAS UPSIDE DOWN IN THE CAR LIKE SOME THEIF VE JUST BEEN IN THE CAR AND LEFT MESS EVERYWHERE WHEN I COLLECTED THE CAR I WAS SHOCKED INTERIOR THINGS WERE MISSING NO BOOT CARPET NO SPARE TYRE. AVOID AVOID AVOID AND BUY FROM ELSEWHERE OTHERWISE YOU WILL HAVE TO SPEND MORE TO PUT THINGS TOGETHER AND RIGHT.

Very helpful staff and it's a good place to get car parts from all sorts of cars

Time wasters unfortunately. Messaged them on eBay twice asking to come look at vans, they said to come. I showed up and a rather mardy and clearly extremely lazy man decided to say they had no vans (despite them having about 20 on eBay) then wouldn’t even hear me about the eBay messages telling us to come to have a look around. Refused to let us in the yard because he didn’t have anyone to chaperone us, still don’t know what he thought we was going to do in there. The bloke just wanted to stay sat in his chair answering the phone at most. What’s the point of even showing up to work if customers can’t look at your products? Might as well close. Ended up finding the parts I need elsewhere which was pleasing as I really didn’t want to try going back to this place.

Excellent service. Seatbelt for Citroen C3 procured in minutes for a very reasonable price. Friendly, helpful staff. Will certainly use again and recommend to friends.Really don't understand the negative comments on here and can only presume it's down to the customers own ignorance.

Bought a broken a damaged boot lock, he’s saying if it’s doesn’t fit you won’t get money back he won’t even let me to have look at it and ignoring me. Bad attitude.
