I cracked the screen on my HTC12,Ordered one off the internet.Nobody would fit it , too complicated, don't have the tools...I took my phone here and they had a look at it and said they had never done one but I could leave it with them and they would have a go.Two hours later the screen is fitted and like new and for a very reasonable price.I cannot fault the service or price.I would definitely use them again.

Was absolutely shocking service took my p20 here with broken screen collected phone with a broken new screen they accepted they did it asked me to bring back after a already waited a week to actually go back and them then say would do absolutely nothing about it

i took my galaxy S6 in for a simple repair. on my return i was informed the screen was broken and i must have sat on it. It was perfect when it went in. Clearly they dropped it but this has taught me to take pictures beforehand.I will NEVER use them again.

Bank holiday weekend i tried 3 other repair shops to put a new screen on my s7. Not one replied. Rang repair hut he said bring it in, i did and within the hour i was told that my phone could be fixed which meant i knew i had a working phone to pick up which i did early the next morning. Very good customer service and excellent at attatching screen protectors

Fixed charging point. Broke sound. No ringtones, sound of any kind.Funny how they then don't reply.Comeuppance....

AVOID AVOID AVOIDJust wish I had read the reviews about the repair hut before I used them ,took in my iPhone for a simple repair other than the charger port needing replacing the phone was perfect condition,always has a screen protector on always in a case ,never in back pocketPicked up after repair and the screen was not closed down properly to the back and making noises when texting told the girl in the shop who is very rude and not very helpful ,so told the owner who did the repair who is just as bad ,was then told the phone was bent that’s why it doesn’t close together properlyso I replied it was not bent when I took it inSo basically it was my word against his and I now have paid for a simple repair and ended up with a bent phoneTotal cowboy outfitStay well clear
