Ultrasound Direct Poole
You might be put off by the location. It’s not the best. There are only 2 parking spaces, but one of the spaces seems to be usually free. Poole branch is small but so professional. It makes one feel like they are in a good hands of professionals. Receptionist was very nice, the radiologist very professional. 5* to Poole!

Upon arrival we were very politely greeted and went in straight away.They asked us exactly how we wanted to find out the gender and did it amazingly. They listened to our needs to keep it a surprise and I cannot recommend them enough.Our sonographer was very polite and welcoming and reassured us that everything was okay. We even got some 4D pics! This is our 4th time here and I can not praise them enough!

When I arrived I was welcomed with a big smile. The receptionist made me fill out some forms. Once they were received I went straight into my scan. The lady who did my scan was lovely , she took her time measuring baby and making sure everything was growing as it should. After she asked me if I wanted to find out the gender there which I did. The scan didn’t feel rushed she took her time. After my scan she told me to wait in the waiting area so she can print out some photos. I got a load of printed out photos and photos sent through email. I can’t fault them at all. It was such an amazing and special experience. I will definitely be coming back later on in my pregnancy for another scan. The photos were amazing. Thankyou so much .

Really great experience. We went to learn the gender of our baby and the baby made it very difficult. The sonographer Ellie made everything possible to give us an answer. She was very attentive and caring. Highly recommended.

Great service for health scan. Receptionist really friendly and Radiographer was excellent. Would definitely go again and i thought the cost for peace of mind was veryreasonable

Amazing professional service - perfect for our early scan at 9 weeks. Staff were polite and reassuring as it’s our first baby so a big momentous occasion seeing and hearing the baby for the first time. Lots of pictures to take home and also delivered straight away!

We have been here a few time now and the service is fantastic. The receptionist is lovely & helpful. The scans have been amazing! Today we had Helen who did our anomaly scan, she was brilliant. Very informative, friendly and fun. Thank you so much Helen!

I've been here for a gender scan and a 4D scan and on both occasions the experience was amazing. The sonographers are super experienced and detailed in their explanations. Highly recommend and will be back again in the future :)
