Asked them to clean my engagement ring but they insisted on rhodium dipping it which is all they wrote on the slip. No surprise when it came back not cleaned and had to be sent off again. One of the ladies tried to polish the ring with a fuzzy cloth which is a huge NO. Go somewhere that actually listens to their customers.
