We had a washing machine shutoff valve leaking water all over the kitchen floor, all from a hard-to-access (built-in/integrated washing machine) location. We turned off the mains water supply, sent a text message to an Oxtech repair person, and got a reply within minutes with a link to their central booking people, who booked a repair technician within 20 minutes. He appeared about an hour later, quickly replaced the broken shutoff valve, and helped me move the machine back into position: job done! Five stars, perfect job and very pleasant interaction: can recommend most highly, and will definitely use them again.

We used Oxtech for having our gas boiler serviced after reading good reviews about them and I’m glad we did. Gary and his apprentice Harry were very helpful and answered all our questions. They checked parts of our boiler which I’m sure weren’t done by our previous company. We thoroughly recommend Oxtech and we’ll be using them again.

Very pleased to see Gary, Tony and Harry back today to change all the radiators and fit thermostatic valves. Simply can’t fault them, just like when they changed the boiler earlier this year. Gary is a fantastic ambassador for Oxtech, and what was great to see was that he was teaching Harry who was a school leaver and has only been on the job 4 weeks. At the risk of sounding old before my time, what a fantastic young man clearly with lots of promise and with Gary mentoring him, he’ll go far. Already polite, conscientious and clearly enjoying his work. I’m really not easily pleased, but these guys are amazing!

Oxtech were super professional, clean, tidy, friendly and skilled. They designed, supplied and fitted a new bathroom for us last month. Their office manager is so fast at replying to messages and offering solutions. Would highly reccommend for a hassle-free service.

Great experience; we dealt with two teams, Mark and Michael who drew up the quote, and Garry, Harry and Tony that came and did the work itself. Both teams were extremely helpful and professional, highly recommend. They will do the job very well indeed, accommodate reasonable requests for how it is done, and also look after your property, make sure nothing is damaged and sort everything out after too. They are busy so get in early but well worth the wait.

Yet again another fantastic job from the Oxtech team! From start to finish the installation of our new boiler has been dealt with in a professional and friendly way! As we weren’t in on the day Mike even sent a brilliant video showing the job and giving us instructions on our new hive system! Highly recommended as always, we wouldn’t use anyone else now!

This is the fourth time we’ve had Oxtech over for various major and minor jobs and we’ve been back because of their excellent service- they show up when they say they will, get the job done, and clean up when they’re done. However, Jess really is their greatest asset; excellent and efficient communicator and always ready to help! Would highly recommend.

Having to replace a gas boiler is normally a high stress experience, with cost, disruption and the thought of being without heating and hot water all often leading to an uncomfortable time. Add to that stories from others of poor quality workmanship and non-existent customer relationship skills, and I was not looking forward to replacing my boiler.10 out of 10 ten to then to Oxtech Facilities for demonstrating that professionalism and customer care does exist in the industry. The replacement of my boiler from quote to installation was faultless, with Oxentech's staff (Gary and Harry) a credit to their company and industry. They kept disruption to an absolute minimum, kept us informed at all times and completed the work in less time than I expected. Many thanks to them for making life easy.

This entire team is incredible! They respond quickly and thoroughly. Booking by email is usually the way I go. From start to finish the guys from Oxtech were professional, friendly & obviously care about their customers. Gary replaced my old gas boiler, he is very knowledgeable & explained everything clearly. Both Gary & Harry(apprentice) were always cheerful & polite & I would definitely recommend this company.
