Called into the contact center 48hrs ago. In que for quite some time. Eventually answered saying all agents where busy but would take my details and have an agent call me back... Still waiting. No call back.Meanwhile I find it is cheaper to book direct.

Not easy to deal with. Had a gift voucher to use against a holiday in scotland. Took ages to get confirmation of booking. Had to ring 4 times and was promised call back each time which never happened. Eventually contacted the holiday site who stayed in touch until sorted. Booked same holiday last year directly with Hoseasons and had confirmation within minutes. Would not recommend Inspire holiday vouchers to anyone.

DO NOT PURCHASE - what a con! no customer service at all, just take your money and dont care! I purchased this card to use for one particular holiday company they specified they dealt with at the time i purchased the card. They now change the holiday providers and simply say we have to holiday elsewhere, it is not as simple as holidaying elsewhere??? Holidays are expensive!!!How can they change their supplier list, now making this card of no relevance to me. They are absolutely not interested in resolving this for me, instead their repetitive response is this card is none refundable refer to our terms and conditions". DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! They now have my money and flat out refuse to refund. My card is in date

Disgusting customer service, have been hung up on twice. Booked 3 flights using FF holiday card, it cost almost double if I was to book direct! I booked 2 flights directly they then called me the next day to say their system WOULD’NT ALLOW them to book the flight and so they could book! Now I have 2 flights booked and FF voucher for £450 I can’t use. The couldn’t care a less, would majorly avoid and I’m in touch with FF to discourage from using them

Terrible unfriendly not welcome service, the staff that i have spoken to do not seem to care and are not the least bit apologetic for their poor service. I was called last week 9 days ago regarding a hotel cancellation, whilst i tried to find an alternative with the agent - ever hotel he quoted me seemed to increase in price by double when i said i wanted to confirm. In the end I went with the option that was being offered. I was promised a new booking confirmation would be sent in 48 hours, basically i have called three times now and no one cares, no one can confirm the new hotel is booked, and no one can send a booking confirmation. Instead I have myself dealt with the issue, calling the hotel bed bank supplier and liasing with both the old hotel and the new hotel to ensure everything is booked. My advice - DO NOT use this company, book with a more credited agent that is going to offer you a better service - this company is shocking.

Booked a 4 night break away with these via family fund, and I am shocked at how expensive inspire are! We couldn't even get bnb as the price was well over the amount than what it should of been. We had to pay over 130 on top of what was already paid just to get this. Tbh it is much cheaper on hotel website than to go through with inspire. Sad to say I won't be booking with inspire again.. so much for helping families with disabled children, when they're basically ripping people off with extortionate prices!! So gutted.

Inspire travel agentcy is one of the worst travel agents I have ever come across I have tried to contact them over the last couple of months to rearrange my booking No answer to my phone calls so sent e mails 4 to be precise I still have not had a reply even though they claim to answer within 48 hours APPALLING

Terrible experience, I paid extra for half board for my holiday over the phone, now they are telling me this was never arranged and they have no logs of the call. Stuart at customer service" is very sarcy and unhelpful.Absolute scammers

Shocking customer service I have a gift voucher that I can’t use as I can’t even seem to book the thing that I want I have been hung up on twice and spoken to quite rude and have been told I will get called back emailed back and nothing no follow up at all this company is appalling I would give a zero do not book with them at all I would like to have a refund causing more headache than anything I am definitely going to take this further
