I couldn’t recommend Gladstone enough after having dealt with Tom and designing the perfect engagement ring for my now fiancée. I initially reached out over email about potential designs and upon my first visit to the stop I immediately felt at easy by Tom and his clear and concise explanation all things engagement rings, not at any point did Gladstone’s push me to something I wasn’t looking for. Their personal approach to the whole process is not something to be understated. Throughout talking with Tom he was completely honest with me and even managed to have the ring a day early, when timing was extremely tight! I recently bumped into Ged at a local wedding fair and instantly recognised me and most importantly the ring! My fiancée and I can’t wait to go back to Gladstone’s and buy our wedding rings together.

We had our wedding rings made 5 years ago by this excellent jeweller. We were looked after very well and the rings are amazing. Most importantly though the aftercare has been second to none with regards to adjusting the size and cleaning. I can’t recommend enough

I don’t usually do reviews, but I’ve given my husbands chain in for repair and it was done within 15 min and looked better than ever before (thanks to the clean and polish) I’m very impressed! Oh and the staff is real lovely too!

We bought our wedding rings and eternity ring from here. The staff and owners are very friendly and personable offering an excellent all round service. They have a decent product range which is priced sensibly. Highly reccomend the Gladstones team.

Jedd & Tom have made my heirloom ring even more special by adding two diamonds to represent my Mother in law Julie and Grandma Eva who we lost in 2020 the year our daughter was born. The 3rd diamond was from my Gran who wore it for many years before passing. I wanted to add diamonds to represent my Grandma and Mother in law so in time I can pass on to our daughter Jasmine so she has something in their memory.I met with Jedd to discuss what I was looking for, he listened and passed on all the information to Tom who created some CAD drawings some of what I'd suggested and then one with his creative flair which was different to what I had in mind but so much better than I had ever invisioned so he really knows what he is doing when it comes to designing. I love that my ring looks like 3 hearts when tilted on a side and it works perfectly with my wedding band and eternity ring. This ring means the world to me and I am lost for words, I can't stop looking at it. New battery fitted for my old watch, with 1 year guarantee, first rate customer service as they gave me good advice regarding a replacement clasp for the watch.

The best jeweller I have been to, their expertise, kindness and skillful work is amazing, truly in love with my perfectly fitting engagement and wedding rings! Also excellent communication and easy to use website. I fully recommend them!

Contacted Gladstone Jewellers today to inquire about having a quick repair to a gold chain I purchased for my son’s birthday which was only a day away. I was greeted warmly by and employee on the phone and was told to bring it in and they would have a look and do there best to help me out. I had absolutely zero luck whilst contacting other repair jewellers and was even told I would have to leave it for 2 weeks buy one other store in Beverley? Long story short Gladstones expert Craftsman had it repaired and beautifully polished in less than 20 minutes! You would never know it was repaired. Needless to say this is true customer service and I highly recommend them for all your fine jewellery repairs.With best Regards,John Morash

Have used Gladstones recently to repair a damaged engagement ring and go on to reset it when it became beyond further repair, it's been such a helpful personal service, we've gone back to buy our wedding rings and will be back again when I can add an eternity ring.We had approached one of the big chain stores for advice/help with wedding rings and the were little to no help, opposite of Gladstones. Great service from an independent store and I'm so, so happy with the new setting of my engagement ring.
