Do not buy car from them if you do, will regret. I purchased the VW Caddy 1.6 TDI Wheelchair 2011 from AMC Motor Co Ltd. At the point of purchase, I paid 7500. I purchased a vehicle on 29/12/2017 invoice no 843 Stock Ref: JN3S.On the 31/12 /2017, this vehicle was broken down on the motorway and was recovered by the Green Flag and they diagnose a problem that injector 2 and 4 is faulty and to put it right it cost me around 1200 pounds. Now I have been told by the mechanics that because this vehicle had injectors problem and it is more like that the other 2 to go as well. Now I am convinced that this vehicle was faulty when it was sold to me and it has many problems and therefore I reject vehicle and demand a full refund of 7500 but there are refusing to pay me back. Please do not buy cars from them they disrespect their customer now I am taking them to the trading standers as they sold me the car which has mechanical problems.

!!!! WARNING ! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER !!!!I purchased a BMW 1 series which was HPI clear but after a power steering failure developed within two days of purchase the car was towed a BMW main dealer to be repaired under warranty.Unfortunately BMW discovered it has in fact been in an accident and poorly repaired which has voided my warranty. BMW have also advised me that no repair shop would touch the vehicle.The car is now stuck at the BMW dealership with no way to repair it and I cannot even drive it away.The dealer has my money and I have no car and no way to repair it.The dealer refuses to give me a refund despite that I am legally entitled to a full refund as per the Consumer Rights Act 2015.YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

I was sold an Audi RS3 by Nik that turned out to have a buckled wheel, I was promised & given assurances that a refund would be given for the wheel as I i had to buy a new wheel, needless to say the refund never came. What did come was a lot of unreturned phone calls and emails and texts and a lot of execuses by Raymond/Cameron/Nick. Buyers beware!

Bought our second car from AMC MOTOR CO ,had a very good experience last year when we purchased a Audi S4, just bought an Audi RS3, very good after sales service from Kamran nothing too much trouble . Will definitely consider buying our next car from them.
