I found the staff really helpful, and the prices were reasonable. The carpet fitter took his time to do a really good job. I would definitely recommend this company and the carpet fitter.

Lee was very helpful and no pushy sales talk. He worked with my timeframe and coordinated the fitting of our new carpet. The fitting is second to none thanks to Matt. Would definitely recommend this company.

To sum up in three words “trustworthy, hardworking, perfectionist”. Fantastic job finished to very high standards.Lee was open and honest from the moment we walked into the showroom offering helpful insight and opinion based on what was best for us and not what would give AW the best profit. We were never under any pressure and after choosing the flooring we quickly got a fitting date confirmed. I work away from home, so I gave Lee a key and he worked like a Trojan for three days fitting all of our ground floor flooring, whilst keeping me regularly updated with progress. I most definitely would recommend AW to anyone.

I would highly recommend this company as they undertook estimating and fitting my carpets to a very high standard and I’m delighted. The professional fitting makes my new carpets look amazing. I will definitely use them again and it was good competitive price for the standard of workmanship.

Recently had Lee over to supply & install carpets to to 3 bedrooms, stairs and landing with an entrance matting.We came across Lee when we noticed him leaving one of our neighbours, pouncing on him as he left. Lee was happy to pop over despite it being a Saturday afternoon and offer us his advice. Lee advised he would call us that evening with a price which he did. Price was very reasonable and agreed that evening. Lee attended on a Bank Holiday Monday to get the job done due to our work commitments. Very neat, very reasonable and a genuinely nice chap. Highly recommended.

AW Carpets and Lee have been extremely efficient. Al the carpet fitter fitted x2 carpets and laminate flooring and did a superb job. Would highly recommend. We would have no hesitation in using them again.

AW carpets was recommended by a family member and we chose to go with them as Lee was fantastic. He helped us in finding the carpet we wanted and gave us a competitive price. He also came round to do the fitting himself, which was fitted very well. All I can say is excellent service and definitely recommend Lee and his team!

I work for AW carpets on a regular basis. I enjoy working for them because they fit everything to British standard and never cut corners. I have won north west carpet fitter of the year two years running and refuse to work for anyone who isn’t NICF (national society for carpet and floor layers)registered. AW carpets are an excellent company who take great pride in being very professional.
