JA CLEAN SERVICES

We recently used JA clean services for an end of tenancy flat clean. They were very efficient and did the job to a high standard. When our landlord came back with a few queries/areas to be retouch we contacted JA and they responded immediately and were very willing to help resolve any problems. They sent additional cleaners over the next day and they finished the job perfectly.

Highly would NOT recommend working with/for this company. Worked with them on a short term basis as a self employed subcontractor. Experienced a lot of lack of communication, avoidance, updates about work availability and was only left with unfulfilled promises of being called back at a later time to be notified about the situation at hand by Enoch. The biggest problem I had with working with them was with payment. A lady by the name of Hannah attempted to swindle and pay me at a lower hourly rate than originally agreed and less hours than I did. Countless attempts were made pulling every excuse out of the bag such as “I never told anyone” original rate, “self employed rate I told you was” lower rate, despite never mentioning that rate ever. “We already told everyone it’s” lower rate, “it was an error on our end we put up a new job post to replace that”, “I will forward that to you now” like it matters now or was the post I applied to in the first place. “You was also told on the day you started. I have been notified” even though nobody mentioned anything about hourly pay rates. “We wouldn’t lie about” pay difference from original agreement to made up lower rate. “That’s not how we work here we thought you already knew this. The team sent an email out to everybody.” I never received an email even of the sort ever from them. After threatening them with taking legal action against them they proceeded to “check”, not “see any email being sent out to” me and take it as I “weren’t aware of this” and “amend” my payment to the original agreed hourly rate. I’m writing this review NOT out of spite but as a means and form of holding companies like this accountable for their actions and in the hopes that nobody else has to experience these issues in the future.

Enoch and his team were brilliant in the cleaning and professionalism. They were cost effective too. Highly recommend them for any sort of professional cleaning needed for checkouts before new tenant move in.

I used JAService for a end of tenancy deep clean. I spoke to Enoch, he was very helpful. He was prompt with responding and the best price after shopping around. The service followed up with handy appointment notification where I could confirm my appointment. On the day there were 2 cleaners. I was extremely happy with the outcome. Highly recommended. I would definitely use this service again.
